No matter how much you love your new home and no matter how much fun you are having, there is a little something, like a strong magnet, that keeps pulling you back to the place where you grew up. In our case that's a pretty little country called Hungary.

Hungary is home to 9.8 million people and it has a mind blowing capital, Budapest. What a city! On top of this Hungary is proud of the magical Tihany with its nature reserve and the most stunning views of Lake Balaton. The list could go on about sites but we feel obliged to move the attention to some famous Hungarian produce such as Tokaji aszú, produced in the Tokaj wine region of Hungary; two different sausages made the top 20 - Csabai and Gyulai, Chamomile and Honey to mention but a few! Oh and of course the heart and soul of the most traditional dishes: Ground Paprika.
